1. How should my rings be stored?

As our rings are silver, they should always be kept dry. Your circles should be stored in a tarnish-proof cloth or box away from exposure to the air. It would be best if you never let them touch rubber items such as rubber bands, as the sulfur within the rubber will cause the silver to tarnish.


2. What is Moissanite Diamond? Is it an artificial diamond?

Moissanite is composed of silicon carbide, a naturally occurring mineral, discovered by the French chemist Henri Moissan in 1893. As a type of natural diamond with a higher refractive index and glossiness, moissanite looks even brighter than the usual diamond. All the rings on our website are certified by The Global Gemological Research Association Institute(GRA), and the authentication report can be seen from the GRA website. All of our customers will get a Warranty ID for each ring after receiving the products. With the warranty ID, the customer can obtain the GRA certified report for each ring.

 

3. How to determine my ring size?

The ring sizes are presented on standard US Size (5~10) on our website. If you don’t know your size, please check our size chart on the product page where the finger circumference and diameter for each size are provided. It is suggested that you measure your fingers before purchase. A size table for US, CA, UK and AU standard size can also be found on the product page.

 

4. Can I cancel my order after payment?

If the order hasn't shipped, please cancel the order directly in order management. If the order has shipped, please contact us at support@lobeilia.com for further instruction.

 

5.Can I change the address when the products are in transit?

We can't change the shipping address for you once your order has shipped. If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn't shipped yet, please contact us at support@lobeilia.com.

 

6.What’s the estimated delivery time?

Our delivery time is generally 5-20 days. Occasionally, the exacted delivery time may change due to unpredictable events such as changing weather or COVID-19 restrictions. If you haven’t receive the products for over 20 days please contact us at support@lobeilia.com and we will help you track the order.

 

7.How can I make returns or replacements ?

1) You can contact support@lobeilia.com to initiate return or replacement within 14 days after your receive the products. Please note that the items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation.
2) Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
3) The returning products should not be used, worn, modified or damaged, in any case, the products should be returned with their original packaging; the products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all accessories and documents. Or else, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund accordingly.
4) Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.

  • Replacement

If your received a item with incomplete parts, quality issues and need to exchange it, you shall be entitled to exchange your product for the same model. Please contact support@lobeilia.com for instruction.
