Return/Refund Conditions

  1. Return is initiated by the customer within 14 business days of receiving the items.
  2. The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging. 
  3. The item(s) is mailed back within 3 business days of return authorization.

Ordered Wrong Size/Color On Customer Also include when customer no longer need the products.

Notice:

We will not accept returns for items that have been miss handled, heavily worn or damaged due to user error. If the item is damaged during the return shipment we are not responsible and can not provide a return. To ensure a safe delivery of your return please make sure jewelry is returned in it's original box and safely wrapped. If items are returned to us damaged, the refund process will be halt until further negotiation.

Return/Refund Process

  • Please send an email to support@lobeilia.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible. Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and the problem you have for this order. Please don't return the items to the address written on the package. And we'll send you the return address to your email.
  • Keep the original packing. Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not damaged so that it does not influence the second sale.
  • Drop off your package at your carrier. Please provide a tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
  • We receive your return package. We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.
